Returns policy
ANT CENTROPTICAL LTD offers to its customers, Returns Policy ONLY in the event of faulty products and/or products that are different from those ordered.
Return Procedure
The customer is obliged to notify Us through email that he will request the return policy within 1 week from receiving the faulty product and/or products that are different from those ordered. The customer is obliged to send back the faulty product and/or products that are different from those ordered within 2 weeks from receiving it. If he fails to do these actions within the time stated then We do not have any responsibility to change the product.
The shipping costs in case of faulty products and/or products that are different from those ordered are paid by Us.
The products when send back are checked by ANT CENTROPTICAL LTD personnel which confirms that the product is faulty. If it is not faulty then We are not obliged to send back a new product.
If We confirm that the product is faulty and/or products are different from those ordered then We undertake the responsibility of sending a new product to you within 2 weeks from Us receiving it. In the event that the product is out of stock and We cannot send a new product then We undertake the responsibility of full refund.
The product must be sent back through normal registered post and not through courier services like DHL, ACS etc. If the customer fails to do so then he is responsible to pay the delivery charges.
ANT CENTROPTICAL LTD is supervised by the Cyprus Optical Council of the Ministry of Health of Cyprus and is a member of ECOO (European Council of Optometry and Optics).
Definitions
-Customer refers to the person ordering a product.
-Us/We/Company refers to ANT CENTROPTICAL LTD.
-Faulty products are those products that have scratches on the frame, lenses and sunglasses.
-Products that are different from those ordered are products other those ordered or products of which the prescription is different than that ordered.
Product means the exact product ordered.
